OCR and Document Processing

When you photograph receipts or documents:

• Images are processed using optical character recognition (OCR) technology
• Extracted text is used to populate expense fields (vendor, amount, date, etc.)
• Original images are stored securely in your account for your records
• We do not use your document images for training AI models without explicit consent
